How To Meet An Impossible Target.

Life can be stressful, there's no doubt. I was working two jobs at a time. At the radio station, I was a social media manager and a presenter. At the clinic I was a data collector. You would agree with me that both needed serious attention otherwise something could go haywire. I was still a blogger and a creative writer at heart. So, I literally valued my time as I worked around schedules.

At a point in time, I had a target to enter 7000 files in 7 weeks. I wanted to just take a break from this life and come back after a long vacation to paradise, hoping that the universe would pause for me to breathe. But, no! Real life doesn't work like that. I wanted tranquility and emptiness for a while but it was too costly for me to afford.

Now, this 7000/7 data entry was utterly a burdensome task for me. Yet, I didn't want to quit, mostly because I was familiar with backing out. I used to do that all the time, and I wanted it to end. I willed to yoke myself with it, come what may! Life is not a bed of roses, and we surely don't succeed by quitting. I needed to assimilate the fact that Successful People Live and Thrive In Spite of Their Challenges and not because they have none.

So, here today, I am going to reveal to You one of your greatest strengths you probably have not been optimizing. It's helping me now and I know it can help you too.

Maybe you are even like me. I have no free time. My weekend is entirely sold out to God. To me, it's the 10% of my time every week. Every other "free time" is occupied with things like preparation for the radio show, completing a novel, resting, doing a huge laundry, designing pictures for my social media job, eating or typing a blog post like this.

A very strong tool you can use to achieve the impossible is POSITIVE THINKING. Ask me how? Just like the tower of Babel. Once the people had thought in their mind to build the mighty tower, it was considered built and completed already. Once, you are able to have a good and positive perspective, I believe you have gone a half way already.

I started to see it as a way to improve on myself and test my limits. Forget the fear of not finishing on time, not meeting target of failing. I just allowed myself to stretch knowing that I was going to do my own best. I considered it another crown to win by grace. Once I did this, I had a huge burden lifted already. I cut off the "WHAT IFs" and spread my wings.

Worrying which is the wrong way of thinking has a way of draining all the energy you need to work in real life. So, you get exhausted or half-spent even before you start to utilize your strength in reality. Your brain saps all the glucose you need to carry out relevant tasks & actions towards success.

Free yourself of all the mental torture and drama. Breathe! Meanwhile, POSITIVE THINKING is always a conscious effort to think differently about a matter that is normally distressing. Over time, it becomes a habit or a lifestyle you find easier to maintain. The earlier you start, the better. Bye! WINX
